Peter B. Crouch, Broker Owner
Pete's entire professional life has been involved with Northern Virginia real estate,
from sales to construction, development & finance. Pete graduated with honors from
Princeton University in 1976, and studied further at the American University's school of
Real Estate and Urban Development. Pete learned construction and development at several
area firms before starting a housing resource center called Consumer Housing Libraries in 1985.
This resource center was evolved into Equal Representation Realty in the early 1990's and more
recently was changed to Crouch Realty Group. Pete and Jim
were two of the earliest agents to embrace Buyer Brokerage in our area.
James T. Poirier - Partner
Having graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Architecture, Jim knows
a bit about houses. He put himself through college as a salesman in several different fields,
so he also knows sales. The combination is powerful. Jim helped Pete and Lori open Consumer
Housing Libraries, and helped evolve that resource center into a full-service real estate firm.
Jim brings a tireless energy to bear on the goals of his clients.
Lori J. Poirier Financial Officer, Office Manager
Lori complements her superb organizational skills with a certificate in Financial Planning
from Florida Institute of Technology. Lori manages all the activities of the office, and keeps
the flow of support going to our clients.
