We understand the impact of moving at any stage in life. Pete Crouch was brought up in a military setting, where stressful moves came frequently. Less frequent moves – such as downsizing – can be even more complicated and stressful, as long-time owners change what is perhaps decades of a lifestyle centered around one home.
We have the skills and the resources to assist in all aspects of a move – from how to prepare mentally, to organizing/de-cluttering, to supervising vendors. From preparing a home for sale to marketing for the best outcome, to managing the logistics of the move itself.
On the buying side, we know financing – Pete taught one of the early FNMA classes on Preparing for Ownership. We know negotiating – strategy can make all the difference. We know process – making sure everything goes smoothly from contract to home inspection, to settlement and beyond.
Pete Crouch is the lead Real Estate Broker for the Group. He graduated from Princeton University and obtained his broker's license in 1993. Extensive construction knowledge compliments his real estate expertise. Lori Crouch manages the office. Kathryn Crouch handles marketing. Angela Lupinetti takes care of Web Services. Brittany Evers and Caitlin Maupin manage Printing and Media. We also have a large network of professionals from contractors to attorneys, tax pros to moving companies, organizing specialists to move managers.
